Carol M. (Paduano) McCarthy, age 71, died unexpectedly in the Norwood Hospital in Norwood, Massachusetts on Saturday, August 23, 2014. Born in Conneaut, Ohio on April 13, 1943, she was the daughter of the late Gerald and Caroline (Colby) Paduano. She graduated from the Convent School with the Class of 1961 and earned her R.N. from the Sisters of Charity Hospital School of Nursing in Buffalo, NY. She later earned her Nursing Degree from Northeastern University in Boston.
