Carol Ann Pellini, age 73, passed away peacefully on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Brigham & Women's Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, with her family at her side. Born in Norwood, Massachusetts on December 31, 1951, she was the daughter of Edward Jacob and Marie A. (D'Espinosa) Pellini.
Carol was raised in Walpole, Massachusetts and graduated from Walpole High with the class of 1970. She continued her education at Bridgewater State College in Bridgewater, Massachusetts, where she made many friends that she would remain close with for the rest of her life. After graduating from Bridgewater with her bachelor of science degree in education in 1975, Carol found employment with the American aerospace and defense company, Raytheon. She served as a shipping inspector with the company for over 35 years, remaining a loyal employee until her retirement.
The most important part of Carol's life was her family. She was a caring and devoted sister, aunt, and great aunt to "her kids." She loved spending time with them and found so much joy being an aunt. Carol looked forward to holidays and birthdays, as she loved being surrounded by her family. Carol also loved shopping, which meant treating her nieces and nephews with personalized gifts and presents year-round. She moved to nearby Franklin, Massachusetts in 1987, and found joy in decorating her beautiful home. She made frequent visits to Walpole to see "her kids," always bearing gifts.
In her free time, Carol also enjoyed get togethers with her friends from college and watching local sports. She was a long time Bruin's, Red Sox, Celtics, and Pats fan, and cheering them on each season.
Beloved sister of Donna M. Pelletier and her husband Raymond of Walpole.
Loving aunt of Andrew Pelletier and his wife Jennifer, Cory Pelletier of Walpole.
Cherished great aunt of Emma, Charlotte, Jackson, Luke, and Owen.
Sister of the late Sandra A. Poitras.
