Carole Ann Barletta

Carole Ann (Quintiliani) Barletta, age 87, of Walpole, Massachusetts, passed away on July 21, 2026. Born in Dedham, Massachusetts on January 12, 1939, she was the daughter of Donato (Daniel) and Jennie M. (Capozzi) Quintiliani.

Carole was raised in Dedham and attended the local public schools, graduating from Dedham High School with the class of 1956. She later moved to Bellingham, Massachusetts where she raised her sons Joseph and Kenneth. In 1993, Carole married her beloved husband Carmen, embracing his children and blending their families together and making their home in Westwood, Massachusetts. Later Carole and Carmen moved to Walpole, making friends in the Royal Crest community for 31 years. The pair would spend the winter golfing in Naples, Florida with friends at Wilderness and Quail Creek Country Clubs.

As a young mother, Carole was a homemaker, raising her children and taking care of her home. She was an excellent cook, who could make a gourmet meal out of random ingredients from her fridge and cabinets. In the early 70's, Carole pursued a career in real estate. She began as an agent, but worked her way up to become a broker, with the majority of her career representing ReMax. She spent over 50 years helping people find their dream homes, something she was very proud of. She was a powerful, dedicated business woman who was still assisting her clients as recently as May.

In her free time, Carole enjoyed spending time with those she loved. She was a proud wife, mother, stepmother, grandmother and great grandmother. Entertaining was one of Carole's favorite things to do, opening her home to host family and friends often. She kept a close knit group of friends in the area, who's friendship meant the world to her. Carole liked to golf in her free time, being a member at the Charles River Country Club for many years, as well as hitting the greens at Royal Crest and their residences in Florida.

Loving mother of Joseph Ferrelli of Walpole and Kenneth Ferrelli of East Walpole; stepmother of Robert Barletta and his wife Suzanne of New Hampshire and Florida, the late Kenneth Barletta, and the late Linda Barletta.

Cherished grandmother of Jason, Alicia, Brianna, Courtney, and the late Eric; and great grandmother of three.

Sister of Daniel Quintiliani and his late wife Frances of Medfield, and the late Annette Kowalski and her late husband John

Also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended relatives, colleagues, and friends.

At the request of Carole's family, all immediate services will be private, with interment at Knollwood Memorial Park in Canton.
