Edith J. Meomartino

Mrs. Edith J. (Wiggin) Meomartino age 83 years died at the Glover Memorial Hospital in Needham, Massachusetts on Tuesday Morning, March 4th, 2008. Born in Walpole, she lived here until moving to Needham in 1954. She was educated in the Walpole Public Schools and was a member of the Walpole High School Class of 1942.

Mrs. Meomartino was retired from Roche Bros Supermarket in Needham, where she worked in food preparation. She retired in 1982. Previously she had worked at the Glover Memorial Hospital in Needham.

The greatest joy Edith had in her life was her grandchildren.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend the Mass of Christian Burial to be celebrated in the Blessed Sacrament Church East Street (Route #27) at Diamond Street Walpole on Friday, March 7, 2008 @ 10AM. Visiting hours are ommitted at the request of the family. Interment will be private Arrangements by James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home Walpole.
