Gordon S. Hill Jr.

Gordon S. Hill Jr, age 68, passed away on Thursday, January 7, 2021 in his Wrentham home. Gordon was born in Norwood on November 22, 1952 as the only son to Gordon S. and Bridget (Louise) Hill. He grew up in Norwood with his five sisters and attended Blue Hills Regional High School, graduating with the Class of 1971.

Gordon married Rachel E. VanLoan on March 10, 1984 in Westwood and the couple moved to Wrentham in 1987. Gordon worked for the LTX Corporation in Westwood for a number of years, hopping around to a few other places before going to work for the Benchmark Company in New Hampshire up until his retirement in 2011. He also was a member of H.O.G., the Harley Davidson Owners Group and enjoyed riding whenever he got the chance.

Brother of Theresa Hill of Foxboro, Janet Hill-Heavy and husband, Brett, of Wayland, Lynn Underhill and husband, Jon, of Attleboro, Alena Engler and husband, Robert of Foxboro and the late Carol Kosmieja.

Uncle of Michael, Stephen, Brian, Jamie, Jillian, Peter, Jonathan, and Matthew.

At the request of Gordon’s family, all services and interment will be private.  Donations in Gordon’s name may be made to the American Lung Association, 1661 Worcester Road  # 301, Framingham, MA 01701.
