Jeanne Elizabeth Coughlin

Jeanne Elizabeth Coughlin of Lowell passed away on November 26, 2019 after a long illness. She was the beloved daughter of Nancy Hovey Coughlin and the late Daniel F. Coughlin of Walpole.

Jeanne was born on May 6, 1959 in Boston. She grew up in Walpole and was a 1977 graduate of Bishop Feehan High School. After receiving her degree in Management Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 1981, she worked for IBM. Jeanne explored many careers in her life. She worked for several companies as a systems analyst, computer specialist and programmer. Jeanne also taught math and computer science at several schools. Jeanne was very creative and got great enjoyment from painting, photography, and home decorating.

In addition to her mother, Jeanne is survived by her brother, Gregory Coughlin, of Haverhill. She was predeceased by her brother, Geoffrey Coughlin. She was also the beloved cousin of Eileen St. James of Mansfield, Christine Coughlin and Edward Coughlin of Portland, OR and the late Diane Coughlin Mitsock.
