Loretta A. "Lori" Morandi

Loretta A. “Lori” (Walsh) Morandi, 53, died unexpectedly at her residence on September 30, 2021.

She was born on June 9, 1968 the daughter of the late John M. Walsh and Loretta B. (Corcoran) Walsh.

Lori was the mother of Jeffrey Morandi and his fiancé Elizabeth Schoener and their son Michael all of Bellingham; Samantha A. Morandi of Walpole and her partner Patrick Camacho of Lakeville and Rebecca B. Morandi of Walpole. She leaves her partner Arthur “Art” Lonzo of Attleboro. Sister of John J. Walsh of Brookline; Theresa Giannangelo and her husband Michael of Canton; Kevin Walsh of Norwood; Michelle LaCount and her husband Steve and the late Richard Walsh. Also survived by her step-mother Mary (McCarthy) Walsh of Foxborough, step-siblings Leonard, Gregory, Richard, Timothy and his wife Joanne, Adam and his wife Ursula as well as many nieces and nephews. She also leaves the father of her children, Stephen P Morandi of Walpole.

She was a graduate of Norwood High School. For many years, Lori has been a Hostess at Longhorn’s in Seekonk and at Ruby Tuesday’s in Wrentham.

Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 5, 2021 from 4:00 to 7:00 pm at the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole.

Family and friends may gather at the funeral home on Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 9:15 am followed by her Mass of Christian burial at 10:30 am at St. Timothy Catholic Church, 650 Nichols St, Norwood.

Interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Walnut Hills Cemetery in Brookline.
