Mandy B. Manocchio-Putney, age 48, passed away on Sunday, June 6, 2021 in the Massachusetts General Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts, surrounded by her loving family. Born in Seoul, Korea on October 18, 1972, she immigrated to the United States of America in 1974, where she was adopted by Ernest A. and Duane (Moore) Manocchio. She was raised in Walpole, Massachusetts, where she graduated from Walpole High School with the Class of 1990. Mandy continued her education at Framingham State College, earning her bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising with the Class of 1994. Following her graduation, she attended the Paris Fashion Institute in France.
Mandy spent many years in the fashion industry, working in Newton, Boston, and New York City. She regularly attended shows in Las Vegas and Southern California, and was very skilled at working trade shows, selling high end denim.
Mandy married the love of her life, William L. Putney, on June 9, 2002 in Roger Williams Park in Providence, together they made their home in New York City, before returning to Massachusetts, first settling in Franklin and later in Brookline.
Mandy was truly a social butterfly, making friends with everyone she met. She looked forward to parties, trips, and socializing with all her friends. Her travel plans usually included a trip to the beach and a shopping extravaganza. Back at home, Mandy enjoyed preparing old family recipes for her family to enjoy. Most of all, Mandy was dedicated to her family. She and Bill shared a wonderful relationship, welcoming her two sons together, Trey and Kai. There was nothing Mandy wouldn't do for her boys and she loved being present at all their events, cheering for them from the sideline.

Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Mandy's Life Celebration on Thursday, June 10, 2021 from 4 to 8 PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole.
A Funeral Service will be held in the United Church in Walpole, 30 Common Street, Walpole on Friday, June 11, 2021 at 10:00 AM. Interment will follow in Saint Francis Cemetery in Walpole.
