Mary Lou Theocles

Mary Lou Theocles, age 77, passed away on Tuesday, January 5, 2020 at the Baypointe Rehabilitation Center in Brockton. Born in Springfield on August 29, 1943, Mary Lou was the daughter George and Helen (Scleparis) Theocles. She was educated in Springfield and got herself a job working as the office manager for Olympic Airlines in Boston.
Mary Lou loved spending time with her friends and family. She loved to eat and dance with them, the hours spent together bringing her nothing but joy. She also would travel home to Greece at any chance she got, getting in touch with her roots and enjoying life to the fullest.
Beloved wife of the late Kostas Betsakos.
Loving mother John D. Triantafilles and his late wife, Susan, of Walpole, Virginia Doman and husband, Jim, of Goose Creek, SC and the late Katherine ‘Tina’ Athanasiasdis and her surviving husband, John.
Cherished grandmother Jimmy, John and Anthony.
Great-grandmother of John and Thomas.
Sister of Kathryn ____ of New Jersey, Pauline Berthiume of Agawam, Peter Theocles of Southwick, the late Theo Theocles and the late Lea Albano.
Also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Relatives and friends are kindly invited to attend Mary Lou’s committal service on Wednesday, January 13, 2021 at the Gardens of Gethsemane in West Roxbury at 11 AM.
