Roseann Vail

Roseann (Zarba) Vail, age 95, passed away on Thursday, February 5, 2026, at Premier Healthcare at Harrington House in Walpole, Massachusetts. Born in Dedham, Massachusetts on October 1, 1930, she was the daughter of Joseph and Angela Zarba. Roseann was raised in Dedham where she attended the local public schools. She married the love of her life, Guy Beecher Vail, whose untimely passing molded her into a strong and determined woman, raising their four children on her own.

Roseann was a woman of devout Catholic faith. She loved music and dancing, especially at Mosley's on the Charles. She filled her home with faith and love, as well as delicious Italian dishes, using recipes passed down to her by her parents.

Beloved wife of the late Guy Beecher Vail.

Loving mother of Guy Joseph Vail of Brighton, Mark Vail of Winlaw, British Columbia, Joyce A. Wetzel of Walpole, and Angela Foranti of Rhode Island.

Cherished grandmother, great grandmother, and great-great grandmother.

Also survived by many extended relatives and friends.

At the request of Roseann's family, all immediate services will be private.
