She spent many winters in Hilton Head, SC, escaping the snow, playing golf, walking the beach looking for dolphins, and dining with her friends. She also enjoyed making puzzles, going to movies, playing Yahtzee, and watching Wheel of Fortune.
Doris’ most memorable trips were to Lake Powell, AZ where she and Russ enjoyed time together on a House Boat trip for a week, and to Pebble Beach Golf Course in CA, and several visits to see The Matterhorn in Switzerland.
Doris was a woman of faith and always said her daily rosary. She and Russ were active members of Blessed Sacrament Church in Walpole.
