Louis J. Bilski, III

August 5, 1964 ~ March 3, 2021 (age 56)

Louis J. Bilski III, 56, passed away on Wednesday, March 3, 2021 surrounded by his family. He was the beloved husband of Angela (Aniello) Bilski for 25 years, and the proud father of Louis Joseph "Joey" Bilski IV and Thomas Vincent Bilski, both of Walpole.
Lou was born in Minot, North Dakota on August 5, 1964. He was a loving and devoted son to Nancy (Foley) and the late Louis J. Bilski Jr., brother to Karen A. Bilski of Walpole and the late Christopher Bilski. Growing up, Lou enjoyed living all over the country while his father served in the US Army. Eventually, his family settled in Walpole, Massachusetts when he was in junior high school.
Lou spent his career working for UPS, beginning part time while attending college at Bridgewater State University. Upon graduation, Lou continued working UPS full-time for 35 years as a Senior Account Executive. Lou recently retired in January 2021 and looked forward to the next chapter of his life.
Lou enjoyed helping his family and friends with various projects around their homes. He enjoyed a round or two of golf with his friends and colleagues, and no round was ever complete without a good single malt scotch at the 19th hole. Lou loved spending time with his dogs, Rocco and Bella, and taking them on hikes with their whole family.
Lou was blessed to have a large extended family and many, many close friends. Whether on Cape Cod, the lakes of Ohio, the Racetracks of Saratoga Springs or his backyard in Walpole, Lou enjoyed quality time spent with the people he loved.
Lou was an exceptional Son-in-Law to Paola Aniello and the late Vincenzo Aniello and an extraordinary Brother-in-Law to Mike and Jackie Burkett, Bob and Joanna Johnson, Dana Aniello and the late Frank Aniello. He was the “Fun-Uncle” to his nieces and nephews, Michael, Julia, Alicia, Vincenzo, Arianna, Matthew and Kayla.
Relatives and friends are welcome to attend visiting hours on Monday, March 8, 2021 from 4 to 7 PM in the James H. Delaney & Son Funeral Home, 48 Common Street, Walpole.
As a result of the ongoing and ever-developing health crisis in the world and with genuine concern for the people whom they love, Lou's family has decided that his funeral mass and interment will be private.
In lieu of flowers, Lou would have wanted you to buy a nice bottle of scotch, bourbon, or whiskey, and to remember him, make sure your pour is at least “two fingers”!
